SoTrends will take care of the delivery of the products at the address requested by the client. Therefore, so that there are no obstacles in the delivery of your order, we ask you to pay attention when filling in the address where you wish to receive your order.
Make sure someone will be at the address to receive your products. USPS makes three attempts to deliver the products, if in any of the attempts there is no one at the address of receipt of the order, the package will be taken to the post office closest to the address, and in this case it will be necessary for the recipient of the order picks up the package at the Post Office, within 7 calendar days.
If the recipient does not pick it up, it will be returned and a new shipping fee must be paid.
Tracking information can be followed on the USPS website using the tracking code provided.
SoTrends is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. If the package is returned, a new shipping fee of $15.00 will be required. Refunds are not issued in this case.
Any postal fees or import taxes are our responsibility. Customers only pay the advertised product amount.
If a product is not delivered, customers have up to 6 months to request a resend or refund, using the tracking code sent via email.
All products are shipped directly from suppliers (Switzerland, Netherlands, USA, China). Delivery takes 5–15 business days after shipment. Bank receipt payments may take 1–3 days to confirm.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, pandemics).
If not delivered in 40 business days, customers receive a full refund. If the product later arrives, a new payment will be requested.
Prices are displayed in local currencies depending on the buyer's country.
